When selecting Klarna as your payment method, a transaction fee of 4.99% + £0.35
will be added to your total. This fee is charged by Klarna and Stripe for processing the instalment payment and is passed directly onto the client.
IMPORTANT! Please include the artists names and attach any ideas you have. This helps us deal with your enquiry more efficiently.
BOOKING FEE
Please be aware that you are paying the booking fee to confirm the dates and project (theme and placement) with the artist. If you change your mind about the idea or placement you may have to pay another booking fee. This is due to the time the artist spends liasing with you and the time working on the design concepts.
Booking fees are non-refundable, you may change dates only once. This fee will be deducted from the total amount unless you have multiple sessions booked
